Join me for an uplifting experience as we dance in the joyful FCBD® Style! Just follow my lead and allow your body to express itself. Knowing the fundamental steps can enhance your experience, but don’t worry if you’re a beginner. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated! Remember to bring your water bottle and zills if you have them; if not, simply let your spirit guide you. We’ll embrace moments of silent reflection between songs before diving back into the dance. ❤
